You should have received an email confirmation with the details of your claim. Use that email address to create a password and log in to our support site.
- Start by selecting "Sign in" at the top right corner of the screen.
- Next, select "Get a password" and enter your email.
- Follow the link emailed to you and create a password.
- That's it! You can now check the status of your claim on our support site.
- You can reply to our claims administration team via the support site, or by responding to the claim email sent to you.
